FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Has my order shipped?
    Click on "My Orders" to check your order status. You can also access your account by clicking the "Profile" link located at the top right of this page.
  • An item is missing from my shipment.
    We can fix that. Email Sales@artinnovations.com, and we’ll make it right.
  • Do you accept returns?
    You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  • How long will it take for my order to ship?
    All orders from our shop usually take about 1 - 3 business days to ship out. When it comes to custom orders the shipping date will depend on the complexity of the project.
  • What carrier do you ship through?
    We use the USPS for shipping coasters/bookmarks and we use Fed-Ex for larger items like order Metal Wall Art.
